The following terms and conditions shall apply to all Purchase Orders placed on online shop
By placing and order online, you are entering a sales contract with Both parties accept duties and obligations. By placing an order online, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
Other terms and conditions are not binding upon,  unless accepted in writing.

The most of the Products for sale on is available and is shipping within one business day of receipt of order. 
All Products in the Pendants category require one business day for mounting purposes. 
We will contact the buyer if an item is out of stock. We do reserve the right to partially despatch an order. Items tha are out of stock are usually available in 3-10 business days, Netperles will immediately contact the buyer if the item requires a longer period to be available.

As soon as you place an order through our online shop, you will automatically receive an 'order received' confirmation email from Payments processed by PAYPAL are immediately confirmed by Paypal system by email. One of our sales managers, after verifying the order in any detail, will confirm, by email, that the order is being processed, within one business day from the date of the order. will confirm the payment transaction as well.
Netperles reserves the right in our absolute discretion to reject or cancel any order and refund payment transactions at our discretion or where we believe that you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

All deliveries will be made to the address that the buyer gives for delivery of the product.

Be sure to indicate the correct shipping address when completing your order form. Netperles is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the status, please contact Customer Service at
Netperles is not responsible for:
- an incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable.
- an invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits
- a move or sudden change of address resulting in the refusal or non-delivery of an order

As soon as we receive an order, we check all items availability and we verify that the payment transactions has been successfully processed and that the amount correctly corresponds to the prices of the ordered items, we prepare the parcel for shipping. The parcel is shipped under a discret sender name for security reason.  The order is shipped under our responsability to the shipping address provided by the buyer with the Shipping method chosen during the checkout process.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Orders that are shipped to Switzerland and to all countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Deliveries to Switzerland and all European countries are made by Chronopost International that deliver within 48 hours, or by a similar private mail service. Chronopost International is the leader in France about transport of precious jewels. All shipping have insurance of the amount of the order items.
Shipping fee does not depend on the quantity of the items in the order. There are two available transport methods: Classic and Express.

In case of delays beyond our original delivery estimates, the buyer will not have the right to claim for damages or interests against Netperles.
We do our best to ensure your shipment makes it to you on time and without damage. Unfortunately, it may happen that some products do become lost or damaged in shipment. We ask that upon delivery you carefully count the packages and inspect the outside packaging prior to signing the truck driver’s “Bill of Lading”. If damage or shortages are observed, state the problems found on the bill of lading before signing. Please mark “damaged” on the bill of lading prior to signing and call the carrier for inspection and replacement. Please let us know as soon as possible in case this happens and please send us a copy of the claim and a description of the damaged parts.

Netperles will not be responsible or liable to you for any delay or failure to perform under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure results from fire, explosion, labor dispute, earthquake, casualty or accident, lack or failure of transportation facilities and/or services, lack or failure of telecommunications facilities and/or services including Internet services, epidemic, flood, drought, or by reason of war, revolution, civil commotion, blockade or embargo, act of God, any inability to obtain any requisite license, permit or authorization, or by reason of any law, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement of any government or by reason of any other cause whatsoever, whether similar or dissimilar to those enumerated, beyond the reasonable control of Netperles.

RETURN POLICY: guarantees high quality on all products, we do our best for customer satisfaction, but occasionally you may wish to return items that you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery. All goods must be returned in the same good conditions as when they were delivered, not used ( tried just once to dress), in its original packaging, with the original gift box, with all the documents, invoice, certificate to the adresse below.

The return of the goods is done under your reponsibility. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods toNetperles.

Once the goods are back in our possession, the director of Netperles accepts to refund after verifying that goods are in good conditions with the gift boxes, certificates and documents. Any amount charged to you by Netperles, other than the delivery costs, will be refunded credited to you within 30 days, provided that the goods are in the same condition as when they were delivered and in the original packaging with all certificates and documents. Shipping fees will not be refunded and delivery cost for the return is on your charge.
If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is the returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping.

Special orders are non refundable/non returnable.  Special orders are items that are not in stock or are manufactured for a specific customer and these cannot be integrated into Netperles collection. In accordance with Law : Code de la consommation - Article L121-20-2

Product prices on our site are listed TAX FREE but they are taxable: all customers that place orders to be shipped to Switzerland, or to all countries outside European Union, will have to pay for customs at delivery directly to the shipping service (Chronopost or Fedex). In any case Swiss taxes should be less expensive than the French TVA (19.6%) that all customers in the European Union pay on the other Netperles internet sites for European Union countries. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.For this reason prices on are valid for all orders delivered in Switzerland and in the other countries outside the European Union.
Orders shipped to any country in the European Union will be charged of the French TVA of 19.6% that is not included in the product prices on the web pages on

You can choose the following payment methods during checkout of your order: PAYPAL by credit card, Postal order or bank transfer.

Paypal is a safer way to pay on the Internet by credit card.
You can choose PAYPAL during checkout of your order, you will be prompted directly to PAYPAL interface to process your payment. It's important that you go back to Netperles once your payment is done, to properly record your order on your account on Netperles site. All payments by credit card are immediatly processed and Netperles manages to ship your order as soon as possible, if the items are in stock we can ship even in the same day of  the order, or within 24 hours.

For all transactions not processed by Paypal, or credit card transactions not accepted by Paypal , order status will be "Pending" waiting for your payment, and your order is not shipped.

Postal order:
You can choose Postal Order during checkout of your order, in order to make a postal payment in your local Post Office.

Please specify in the postal order your Name and Items purchased or the number of your order. Your order will be shipped, if available, as soon as we receive your payment, for postal orders delay is usually 3-5 days. Please ask your local Postal Office about possible limits in the amount of payments via postal orders. Postal charges are not refunded by Netperles.

Bank Transfer IBAN and BIC/Swift codes:
You can pay your order by a bank transfer from your bank account. We are sorry but at the moment we cannot accept any bank transfer in CHF currency. Should you pay by bank transfer, please email us to or call our office. We'll send you the details of your order priced in EURO currency with our bank account data so that you can order the bank transfer to your bank.

Please specify in your bank transfer your name and items purchased or the number of your order. Your order will be shipped, if available, as soon as we receive your payment, for bank transfer orders delay is usually 5-7 days.

One of our operators will confirm your payment and shipment by email as soon as we receive your payment.

These terms and conditions are governed by the French law.

Netperles is not responsible for any losses, damages or other liabilities incurred as a result of a non proper use of the purchased products.

We make every effort to obtain accurate product information including images, specifications and prices from our suppliers. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, image, description or any other inaccuracy. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on any incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order has been acknowledged. If the price at which you have ordered goods is incorrect you will have the right to cancel.

In case of difficulty in the application of these terms and conditions, the buyer and Netperles reserve the right, before taking any legal action, to look for an appropriate solution out of court.

Finally, for our reseller customers, the "Tribunale de Commerce de Cannes" is solely competent authority, whatever shipping address and/or whatever payment method applied.

Netperles is not responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations for the country where the order is shipped. Netperles responsibility will at all times be limited to the amount paid by the customer at the order date with no possibility of any appeal against the brand or product manufacturer.

The buyer benefits from a guarantee against latent defects provided by the article 1625 of the French Civil Code.

Netperles respects the privacy of all customers. Netperles will not — under any circumstances — sell, rent, distribute or give away your email address or personal information to ANY third party. We will not publish your email address, phone or mailing address at any time.
Customer information is mandatory for the order management as regards delivery of products to customer, invoice editing, warranty contracts and shipping insurance.
The customer reserves the right to access, modify and remove his/her account information (article 34 of the French law, 6th January 1978). Please contact us if you want to cancel your account from our data base.

Netperles warrants that site operation meets all French legal obligations as regards Privacy Policy and that the site was subject to Declaration to CNIL (French Regulation Authority)
