This necklace is made up of natural golden Akoya pearls. Usually we find gold color pearls associated with Southsea pearls that are producted by a gold-lip oyster. The Akoya pearl oyster can product gold nacre as well, and these pearls are not so expensive as Southsea pearls are, even because the size is smaller than Southsea golden pearls.
This is a natural color for Akoya pearls and the overtones vary slightly from strand to strand, it can be champagne, rose or silver.
